Dear Michael, Simon, Wolfgang and others,
I have noticed that new versions of your nice DESeq2 package are
released pretty often, which is really great, because it really
improves the results.
But as a consequence, I wonder when I can "freeze" my analyses. I
sometimes have the feeling that there always is a new version of the
package and that I always have to rerun the analyses...
The last version I used is 1.0.19. I wonder if this version is
"stable" enough to stop there ? Or do you advise me to use the last
one (v1.2.5) ?
Furthermore do you plan to release major changes in the next months ?
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Amandine
