Are there any online tutorials (documents) for implementing genefu to perform subtype class prediction using several e.g. Hu-133A GEO breast ca datasets? Thx, LP Houston Methodist. Leading Medicine. Hi, There is no tutorial (yet) available but it will come early next year. In the meantime, you can take a look at the analysis pipeline and the code published with the following publication: Haibe-Kains, B., Desmedt, C., Loi, S. M., Culhane, A. C., Bontempi, G., Quackenbush, J. F., & Sotiriou, C. (2012). A three-gene model to robustly identify breast cancer molecular subtypes. Journal of the National Cancer Institute, 104(4), 311–325. doi:10.1093/jnci/djr545 Hope this helps.
