how to do the time series analysis?

Hi Wang, There are a lot of methods for clustering temporal microarray. You may read this paper for a review: http://biochem218.stanford.edu/Projects%202010/Kuenzel%202010.pdf In Bioconductor, Mfuzz ( http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.12/bioc/html/Mfuzz.html) is a good start. It implements fuzzy c-means and have good visualization tools.
