Hi all, I'm trying to create a simple repository for distribution of a package but now I encountered a problem that I cannot solve. This is something that used to work previously without any problems and therefore I'm rather confused.... I have the zip-file with my package in the working directory of my R-session. Then > library(reposTools) > genRepos("KTH Repository", "http://biobase.biotech.kth.se/~valtteri/", "R", "package") Here I get the error message: Error in rep.int(colnames(x), nr) : Unimplemented feature in rep In addition: Warning message: error -1 in extracting from zip file I thought that there is something wrong with something that I have done. I therefore tested the example in the reposTools vignette: > genRepos("Test Repository", "http://biowww.dfci.harvard.edu/~jgentry/","newRepos") Error in rep.int(colnames(x), nr) : Unimplemented feature in rep In addition: Warning message: error -1 in extracting from zip file There's the same error.... Could someone help me out with this one? I'd appreciate all help....
