Hi there,
I was having some trouble using rtracklayer to obtain phyloP scores -
I think maybe I have found a problem with rtracklayer. Is there a
limit to the number of scores/positions it can get in a single query?
Hopefully the code and output below will explain all. I am using the
devel version, and have included sessionInfo below.
