Is there a way to move BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg19 from an R 2.15 library to an R 3.0 library without downloading it all again ? I installed it as a Windows binary. -------------------------------------- Dario Strbenac PhD Student University of Sydney Camperdown NSW 2050 Australia

It works. I just had to make sure I loaded the R 3.0 version of BSgenome first. > library(BSgenome) > library(BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg19, lib.loc="C:\\Program Files\\R\\R-2.15.1\\library")
