Hi, Apologies for the late reply. I am afraid some of the R objects previously created on our website need to be regenerated. I tried to load these experiments fresh by calling ArrayEspress() and they both successfully loaded. If you haven't done so already, I urge you to download the latest ArrayExpress package from development branch of BioC (http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.12/bioc/bin/windows/contrib/2 .16/ArrayExpress_1.19.1.zip) and load these experiments by simple running ArrayExpress("E-MEXP-744") ?etc Hope that helps Ibrahim On 10 Feb 2013, at 18:46, "Mirza, Nasir" <nasir.mirza at="" liverpool.ac.uk=""> wrote: > Hello > > For some datasets, ArrayExpress provides ExpressionSet objects with extensions eSet.r.
