Hello group, Does anyone have experience normalizing two-color Agilent data from GSM files that have been downloaded from GEO using getGEO()? It seems like it should possible to construct an marray object from the information in a GSM object, and then use marray normalization functions, but if there's a simpler way to do the analysis or an existing package that processes GSM objects directly, I'd greatly appreciate any direction that anyone could provide!
