Dear Lynn, I could not reproduce your error with my datasets. Could you send me your ExonCountSet object, to have a closer look? With the code that you used and the sessionInfo() output? It looks like I can't reproduce it either. I just tried again with a clean session and it seems to go through. Thanks for your help!
