Hi, Does anyone know how to generate bar files with rMAT? help(NormalizeProbes) says "The output can be saved as BAR file if the BAR argument specifies a filename, or as a parsed BAR file if argument output specifies a filename." Other than that, I cannot find anything relevant. Thanks. Susan
