Hi, several post-doctoral positions are available in the Computational Epigenomics unit at the Center for Genomic Science of IIT@SEMM ( http://genomics.iit.it/groups/computational-epigenomics.html), a new outstation of the Italian Institute of Technology located in the IFOM- IEO Campus in Milan (http://www.ifom-ieo-campus.it). Projects range from modeling the cross-talk between DNA-methylation and histone marks to the development of methods for the identification of regulatory networks disrupted in cancer and development of pipelines for the analysis of NGS data.
