A couple of our packages ENVISIONQuery, IdMappingRetrieval are listed as "NOT SUPPORTED" on OSX at http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.10/bioc-LATEST/ and are unavailable through biocLite("IdMappingRetrieval") etcetera. This is due to the fact that OSX build/check is on a Leopard OS, and our packages require Java 1.6, which entered the scene on Snow Leopard. If you want to use these packages, and your operating system is Snow Leopard or Lion, then it has 1.6, and you should be fine; biocLite("ENVISIONQuery", type="source") biocLite("IdMappingRetrieval", type="source") Sorry for the inconvenience. *Possibly* some other packages have the same problem. I've scraped these from the build/check page: phenoDist Rsubread RWebServices SJava CoGAPS CRImage EBImage This is speculation, but for searchability I include their names in this message just in case it helps somebody.
