Hello! I am facing difficulty in aligning the rownames to the corresponding rows in heatmap. A small example: pdf("a.pdf") heatmap(matrix(rnorm(1000),nrow=100),Colv=NA, scale="none", margins=c(7,5), cexCol=0.80, cexRow=0.35) dev.off() All the rownames are shifted '1-2' rows down in this map. Any help is appreciated in this regard. Thanks. Regards, Nee _________________________________________________________________ Get reliable access on MSN 9 Dial-up. 3 months for the price of 1! Thanks Susan, I appreciate your response. Unfortunately, I do not have adobe illustrator to fix this problem. I noticed that this problem arises only with large number (>50 of genes). Any other comments are appreciated. Thanks.
