Dear Colleagues: Does anybody know the meaning of SCVplot from DESeq? What does the black solid line means? Although the guide book clearly says it is " a density estimate of the base means", I am still confused. please break this sentence into something a layman can understand. Dear Dawei thanks for your feedback. Please use a newer version of the package. The function 'scvPlot' is no longer supported or recommended. Please see the vignette for our newer suggestions on how to check fit quality.
