Dear List, I have been trying out the example given on the documentation for phenoTest, but I'm not sure if I quite understand the output. For example, why is the continuous variable (Tumor.size) catagorized in to 3 groups? When I try to set continuousCatagories to 1, it says that it should be minimum 2.
