Hi, is there a way of summarizing the probes from one probe-set in an affybatch without normalizing the data. I mean like doing RMA, but without the quntile part or back ground correction? Thanks Assa [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi, the "rma" function of the "affy" package can be applied without normalizing the data. Use the option "normalize=FALSE".
