Hello everyone, I want to try PCA-based gene filter from pvac package. For this purpose I need to covert my data (matrix) to Affybatch object. I have found only ReadAffy function that doing with Cel files. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Pavel [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

The pvac package is specifically designed to use raw Affymetrix data. You don't say what your data matrix consists of, but I assume you don't have raw Affy data. In which case this package isn't likely to be useful to you.
