Hello, Davis: I was trying to get familiar with the basics of edgeR by "copy and paste" following the User's guide. Do you by chance have the link for the datasets of your case study one (Zhang et al. 1997)? I tried the NCBI/GEO and the author's website, but did not have any luck. The data with edgeR seemed different from the User's Guide, and I was wondering if you can provide a link of the datasets, if possible. Thank you!
