Hi Srikanth, the Bioconductor help pages mentions a couple of good books. See under "Publications" at http://bioconductor.org/help/ Alternatively, there are a lot of guides available online. Seef or example Thomas Girke's http://manuals.bioinformatics.ucr.edu/home/ht-seq HTH \Heidi > Hi All, > > I am a Ph.D student working with Human genome analysis, i write most of my > programs in python, i have started with R bioconductor and would like to > know some good books/references on Bioconductor. > > It would be great if i could get some references on Genome analysis and > Sequence handling.
