Hi Bioconductors Looking at the examples for the package 'GenomeGraphs', e.g. ?gdPlot some of the expression data is plotted beyond the axis , e.g. slightly greater than the value of 8 and slightly lower than the value of 2. I see this with my data, but to a far greater extent, and it spoils the beauty of the plot.
