Hi I'm looking for the best way to install development packages. I couldn't find any reference on how to do it efficiently. Thanks in advance Paulo

Then, when you install packages in the normal way, that is: source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("packageName") ...it will automatically install the development version of the package.
