Hello, Is there a way of generating "BeadStudio like" files from within R? I have used beadarray to process raw Illumina output, obtaining an object of class 'ExpressionSetIllumina' using the functions readIllumina/backgroundCorrect/createBeadSummaryData. As far as I can see this is equivalent to what BeadStudio does to obtain the 'SampleProbeProfile.txt' files. Is there a way of creating such a text file from within R? In order to submit data to ArrayExpress they seem to want one of these files (with the typical columns: ARRAY_STDEV, AVG_Signal, Avg_NBEADS, BEAD_STDEV, Detection, MAX_Signal, MIN_Signal, NARRAYS).
