Dear Bioconductor, I have a question about getting one to one probe to the gene. Usually, there are a probe set corresponding to just one gene. Which value shall we choose to give the gene? Another question is that what if we have ABCB1///ABCB4 in the annotation file, which gene should we use, is that because this probe stand for two genes?
