Dear all, I am using the xps package to analyze some exon arrays and wanted to find out where is the Mask for exon arrays described (it is mentioned in the xpsClasses files that is described elsewhere but can't find where). Thanks in advance, Achilleas [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Achilleas, Currently, there is no vignette for exon arrays. However, have a look at the help file "?exonLevel". The mask for exon arrays is the exon level encoded as integer.
