I have also just beginning to use rsbml. Is there a more detailed introduction to the package functionalities? If not, a few code examples demonstrating the potential of the package would be very useful. Pj [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

The package does not provide much more than I/O of SBML, as described in the vignette. It is possible, depending on the platform, to simulate models with the SBMLODESolver library, but this is largely untested. Have you looked at the package vignette and the help pages for the package and package functions? If so, you may need to be a bit more specific about what is confusing. If not, those two places are the first place to go. Sean [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
