Hi, I find that integration of the results from other packages (such as J-Express) to R cumbersome. Is there a way to create a customized "Infogram" (Combination of dendrogram and green/red matrix plot for hierarchical clustering) already, or is there a package planned in the near future? I would like to know this before I commit myself to rolling my own package. Thanks! Shinichiro Wachi
