Hello there. I am using Bioconductor to analyse some nimblegen microarray data. This might be a silly question but, using topTable how can I infer that gene X is 3 fold overexpressed? Thanx!!! Make sure that you are reading the help for all functions you are using. Take a look at the logFC column, which represents the estimated log fold change, in the topTable output.
