Hello, I have a list of gene names and I am trying to see if the Biological Process Ontologies for this list of gene names is overrepresented compared to background. Basically just two pie graphs 1 of my genes and the other all genes BP ontologies and a list of p-values. I have been looking at the vignette for goTools but this example shows how to compare probe set ids and I would like to directly compare a list of gene names? Any help is really appreciated.
