Dear list, A bug was recently found and finally fixed in package 'plgem'. An error was being produced when invoking function 'run.plgem' with option 'writeFiles=TRUE'. The error was due to the wrong argument being passed down to function 'plgem.write.summary'. Both the developmental and the release versions of the package have been updated and are now available for download from the Bioconductor website.
