Dear list, I have a list of coordinates in tair6 version like (chr,strand,coordinate), does anyone know how to convert this coordinate to TAIR9 verstion? I converted from tair7 or 8 to tair9 before by trimming sequences from tair7/8 genome, and mapping them to tair9 genome. But I couldn't find tair6 genome.
