I use ReadAffy(widget=TRUE). I have 68 CEL files. When the Sample Information window appears, there are so many CEL files, that I can't see the bottom of the window, and there is no scroll bar. I am on Windows 2000, R 1.8.1, and using: affy "1.3.27" Biobase "1.4.0" gcrma "1.0.0" reposTools "1.3.5" tcltk "1.8.1" tkWidgets "1.3.0" widgetTools "1.2.0" Do I need some other graphical tools package?
