Hi, I am trying to compare differentially expressed genes between normal and control in two data sets. The problem is that each data set uses a different array platform, and I want to work only with those genes that are common to both datasets. Is there any function in R to do that? Many thanks, -- Hernando Martínez Vergara [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
