Dear list, I would like to know which the default options of justPlier function (PLIER package) are for background correction, normalization and summarization. I've read techical paper about justPlier and for background correction PM-MM and PMonly options are, for normalization "quantile" and don't know for summarization. What are the default options for justPlier? (couldn't find any information in PLIER vignette neither). Thanks, Javier
