Hello, I usually use GDD to produce bitmap graphics. In trying to install GDD, I have found the CRAN site lists the Mac OK X binary as ³not available², with a log message that suggests something went wrong in trying to compile the binary. I had no luck installing the source either but the README suggests it should work on Mac OS X. Is there an alternative to GDD pending a fix to the problem? Which features do you need from GDD that do not exist already in R? I mean, R already gives you png, jpeg and tiff. Do you need gif?
