Hi guys who use Perl also, You may use RSPerl or Statistics::R sometime to link Perl and R together. Now there's a new option. http://search.cpan.org/~xinzheng /Statistics-useR-0.0.1/lib/Statistics/useR.pm This module embeds R in Perl (kind of like RSPerl).
