Hi, I am working on the Affymetrix ATH1-121501 chip from Arabidopsis thaliana and there seems to be no annotation package for this chip. Has anyone build it or can help me out on this? You can build the annotation package yourself. Read the vignettes for AnnBuilder to find out how.
