Dear All, I'm new to Bioconductor and R-language. I'm trying to analyse Illuina humanht-12 data with lumi package. My question is: how can I modify where the diagonal lines appear in pairs() plots? I suspect that they are at -1 and +1 by default, but I would like to draw them at -2 and +2.
