Hi Anand,
I am not exactly sure as to the status of the hypergraph package, but
I am
confused as to why you want to use a hypergraph to represent your
figure. To
me, what you have done is actually a better pictorial representation
in that
you use edge labels to index the reactions.
Hypergraphs are a generalization of graphs in that the hyperedges can
have
more than 2 elements, but from what I can see in both your hypergraph
and
bipartite graph, the easiest and least confusing way to represent your
reactions is to use edge labels and not hyperedges since it clearly
demonstrates the directionality of your reactions, a fact that would
seem to
be lost in using hyperedges.
But maybe I am not understanding your use case very well.
