Hi, I am very new to aCGH NimbleGen Data. I got some data from NimbleGen X4 HG18 whole genome CGH design which I need to analyze. Could you please suggest some tool/package (of course open source) which I can use for the analysis and also the input files and their format required to run those packages. Many thanks in advance. Each package in Bioconductor has significant help in the form of at least one vignette and the online help system will give even more detail. If after reading over that documentation you have questions, you could write back to the list with the problems you are having, the code you have tried, any error messages, and, of course, the output of sessionInfo(). Hope that helps. Sean [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
