Greetings I have a system including 2 breeds 5 time points (repeated measures) and 2 wound depths at each time point (paired measures) I have used maanova to process the data, am fairly facile with the package, and have Fs and adjusted Fs values from maanova and qvalues from the qvalue package. But before getting serious with the results (since I am not a bioinformatics expert) I have questions that I need to discuss with a bioinformatics ?expert? who is also familiar with the maanova package I have tried the BioC and maanova discussion groups with skimpy response. Is there anyone who would sign on as paid consultant (payment will be prompt and of your choosing) to promptly field some emails/phone calls to get this project off ?stuck??
