All R packages have builtin help pages. Also, Bioconductor packages
have
vignettes that describe the use of the packages. If you have problems
accessing the help pages or vignettes, let us know.
The GO package is a data package. Other packages use the data to do
interesting analyses. You can check out the topGo, PGSEA, Category,
and
GOstats packages as starters for packages that might be what you are
looking
for.
