hi, i am new to bioconductor. i am trying to install the package "AnnotationDbi". but this gives an error: Error in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths())) : there is no package called 'DBI' ERROR: lazy loading failed for package ‘AnnotationDbi’ when I look for "DBI" on the bioconductor website, it is unavailable. kindly let me know what shall i do. Did you do: source('http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R') biocLite('AnnotationDbi') If not, then do that first. If you still have problems, you'll want to give us the output of sessionInfo(), the commands you used to install the packages, and what error messages you got.
