Hello, I do not understand how to define an ellipsoidGate in flowViz very well. I think my main problem is that I do not understand what the covariance matrix should consist of. I am attempting to use an ellipsoidGate to pick a middle population in a FSC.A vs. FSC.W plot. Any pointers on how to figure out an appropriate covariance matrix?
