Hi all, I have a question about analyzing Affymetrix data. I used "affy" package to normalize Affymetrix data (RMA, MAS5.0, and Li and Wong methods). I want to use hierarchical clustering method to cluster the normalized data according to experiments and genes. What would be a good software to use? I have used Dr. Eisen's "Cluster," but I got an error message. Thank you in advance. Shizuka
