Hello, I am trying to utilize affylmGUI (using limma in R) to analyze Affymetrix exon array data. Currently there is no way to manually specify a Chip Definition File (CDF) (it is downloaded automatically from http://www.bioconductor.org/data/metaData.html). The cdf I require, hugene10stv1, is not available. Can you please add this cdf to your metadata. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Matthew Gormley

Hi Matthew, You might want to look here for options for analyzing exon array data: http://www.bioconductor.org/docs/workflows/oligoarrays/ Note that affylmGUI isn't an option as the affy package doesn't support these chips.
