I'm using limma and have set a spot types colors to "indigo". When I then run plotMA(RG[,1]) I get the following message: "Error in plot.xy(xy.coords(x, y), type = type, ...) : invalid colour name" Can anyone advise on which colors are allowable for setting spot types?
