Hi, I m trying to use affy 1.3.13 with R1.8alpha under winXPPro and here is the error message I obtain: > library(affy) Error in open.connection(con, "rb") : unable to open connection In addition: Warning message: cannot open compressed file `C:/PROGRA~1/R/RW1080~1/library/affy/R/all.rda' Error in library(affy) : .First.lib failed but there is no all.rda file in this R folder, just affy and affy.R how can I solve this ? thanks Phil [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

i cant give specifics on the error you show but notice, the devel version of affy is under constructions.
