Hi I try use GEOmetadb... but since 2 weeks always the same problem :unable to connect to 'meltzerlab.nci.nih.gov' on port 80. I have read the Sean's answer  on the list... If someone has the file : GEOmetadb.sqlite.gz . Is it possible that this file is available ....by ftp for exemple....I appreciate a lot... thanks for your help   Ps: Sean, I tried to send a message (sdatvis2@mail.nih.gov) but I have a failure mailer... We are using a backup right now and the url for the file is: http://gbnci.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/geo/GEOmetadb.sqlite.gz Thanks for the patience. Sean
