Hello all, We were hoping to use EBAM in siggenes for analysis. We have two arrays that are outliers but we would like to include them since they may still contain valuable information. Does anyone know if it is possible to perform array weights (like in limma) using siggenes? Our attempts to find code that works have been unsuccessful. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
