Dear All Using GenomeGraphs, I would like to be able to make useMart to query a local db not Ensembl, perhaps through mySQL. Amanda. useMart is Ensembl/Biomart-centric ... how about just using RMySQL to create tables of all the info you need for GenomeGraphs?
